We offer a 1-year warranty on Trees and Shrubs*:

To honor warranty claims, we require an authentic itemized receipt from Farrill’s Sunrise Nursery, whether handwritten or printed, as well as a picture of the plant. We do not retain copies of receipts on file and are unable to process warranties without the original receipt.
Merchandise is guaranteed at the purchased price stated on your Farrill’s Sunrise Nursery receipt.
Plants NOT covered under warranty include:
Perennials
Hops
Rhubarb
Strawberries
Asparagus
Bareroot Orders
Sale Items
Select Special Orders
We do not warranty any plants damaged by animals or storm damage.
We do not warranty anything planted in zones 3, 2, or 1
Farrill’s provides a one-year warranty on all Tree’s & Shrubs from date of purchase. Plant failures must be reported within the warranty period. To validate the warranty, you must follow our care instructions.
Plant death caused by the following is not covered under our warranty – mechanical damage, mother nature, animal damage, and over watering or underwatering. Irrigation systems can easily over or underwater plants. Hand watering is best.
Replacements will be of comparable size and variety. Warranty only applies to original purchase. If Farrill’s Sunrise Nursery and Garden Center is sold out of the product needing to be replaced there will be an in-store credit issued with a Gift Card.
Sale items will be credited amount of purchase only.
If there are any questions or concerns with the condition of a product, you are asked to bring in photos or a small sample of the plant for our examination and suggestions to correct the problem(s). We reserve the right to inspect the planting site, the plants in question, and to suggest corrective measures as necessary.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange plants or refund the cost of the plant material within one week of date of purchase. Plant items must be in good condition and returned in original container, Farrill’s reserves the right to refuse items in poor condition for return or refund.
Non-plant returns/exchanges are eligible for up to 30-days only
The cash register receipt you received at the time of purchase is proof of purchase and required for all returns or refunds.
